K-6 Open Choice Family Night at Westmoor Park

Elementary school children participating in the Open Choice program in Farmington Public Schools celebrated the end of the school year with their families at Westmoor Park on Tuesday, June 6th.  Naturalists from the park had the barns open for families to visit the farm animals including 5-week old lambs, baby piglets, calves, rabbits, donkeys, chickens and more! Many songs were sung around a campfire and s’mores were enjoyed by all. All students left with great memories and books for summer reading!
