“We are CREW, not passengers”
The expression signifies that everyone contributes to a positive and supportive school culture
During CREW time, teachers and students build caring relationships and cultivate a sense of community. CREW lessons focus on developing effective work habits, learning from feedback, assessing personal strengths and setting goals for success. Farmington students can count on the members of their CREW to support them, challenge them, and find ways to make learning fun.
