On Thursday, February 22nd, the FHS Black Student Union hosted a panel of faculty and staff members in honor of Black History Month. The BHM Panel consisted of six current members of the FHS faculty and staff. You can find the bios for panelists HERE. Student members of the Black Student Union served as moderators and asked questions about the lives, careers, and personal backgrounds of each panelist. This powerful and engaging panel was experienced by over 150 students in a packed library. This panel, along with posters, bulletin boards, an advisory lesson, announcements and other activities helped FHS to celebrate Black History Month this February.
