Kindergarten Pre-Registration
Children entering kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year must reach the age of 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024, and will be automatically eligible to enter kindergarten in August of that school year.
- Children born between 9/2/2019 – 12/31/2019 wishing to enter kindergarten may be permitted, at the discretion of the Farmington Public Schools, to enroll after completing the pre-registration process and participating in a meeting that is held with the building principal.

- Current Pre-K students still need to complete an online form.
The Farmington Public School district heavily utilizes electronic communication with parents/guardians. It is highly recommended that each parent/guardian have an email address for communication. Free email is available at: https://gmail.com. Your email information is kept confidential.
Good Start Dates:
- March 13 – at your neighborhood school
- April 17 – at your neighborhood school
- May – TBD playground event
